Is this only for WordPress websites?

Yes. The monthly plans are built for WordPress. If your site runs on something else, message us on WhatsApp or email us and we will price the work after a look at your site.

What does the dedicated site manager add?

A named person who knows your site and your business, one-on-one support on WhatsApp and email, and your content and change requests handled for you with priority turnaround. Without one, your site still gets every update, backup, security check and content edit; requests go to the shared support desk.

Will I still have access to my website?

Absolutely. You keep full access to your site and hosting. We also show you how to make simple updates yourself if you want to.

How often is my site updated?

Software, plugin and security updates run weekly. Content updates happen whenever you send them, within 24 hours.

What happens if my website gets hacked?

We monitor for vulnerabilities continuously. In the rare event of a breach we remove the malware, restore a clean backup and reinforce the site’s security.

Can you manage an online store?

Yes. WooCommerce stores are included, with up to 10 product updates a month, payment gateway support and performance tuning.

How do the quarterly and annual discounts work?

New subscribers get 5% off when paying quarterly and 10% off when paying annually. The discount shows in the price before you send your quote request.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Quarterly and annual plans run to the end of the period you paid for.
