Lumivor Studio (“Lumivor”, “we”, “us”) designs, builds and manages websites. This policy explains what personal information we collect through lumivor.com and when you work with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you message us on WhatsApp, book a call, fill in our project planner or another form, or become a client, we receive the details you choose to share. This usually includes your name, email address, phone number, company, and information about your project.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you arrived. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Payment information. Invoices are paid through third-party payment providers or by bank transfer. We keep a record of what was paid and when. We do not store card numbers.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotes.
  • To deliver, manage and support the work you hire us for.
  • To send invoices, receipts and messages about your project.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small number of cookies. Some are needed for it to work and stay secure. We also use Google Analytics to measure visits in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Services we rely on

We share information only with providers that help us run the studio, and only as far as they need it:

  • WhatsApp (Meta) for chat messages you send us.
  • Cal.com for booking calls.
  • Google for analytics and business email.
  • Cloudflare for site security, performance and spam protection.
  • Our web host, form and email delivery tools for running the site and sending messages.
  • Payment providers for processing payments.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. Some are based outside your country, so your information may be processed abroad. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Client work and our portfolio

We show finished projects on this site as examples of our work. These show our clients’ public websites, not their private data. Content and logins you give us during a project are used only to deliver that project.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep client and payment records for as long as the law and our accounting obligations require. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls and security monitoring. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information you do not need to share.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time the law allows. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our services are for businesses and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
